They did help me in the end, so I cant really complain too much, but the warranty process took longer than I expected. It felt like I had to wait around a lot before anything actually got sorted.

I’m really happy with this bed. It doesn’t make any of those crinkly noises, which is a big plus, and my dog sleeps really well on it. I think other customers with noise-sensitive pets would appreciate that too.

I ordered this for my big Lab because the site made it look like there were solid options for larger dogs. The bed itself is decent, and he does sleep on it, so it’s not a disaster by any means. But the fit was not exactly what I pictured. It’s long enough, thankfully, but it’s a bit narrower than I expected, so when he does his full dramatic sprawl, half of him is still hanging off like he’s been abandoned at sea. Overall, it’s not bad, but I really wish the size guide was clearer for dogs who stretch out like they’re auditioning for a soap opera.
